Facilitation of Services

Our list of services is quite comprehensive by nature, being an integrated service provider and this has specifically been structured like this to offer the client a one-stop-shop approach where all services within the built environment are catered for. 4DFM believes that there is no job too big or too small, ultimately when providing a service the exact same principles apply to larger projects as they do for the smaller ones. On request we will also issue Completion Certificates once jobs are completed which can then be kept on record. Larger projects can be managed according to a formalised Joint Building Contractors Contract (JBCC). Our specialist services have been well established and we pride ourselves on quality workmanship and service excellence.
