Small Building Works

At 4DFM, each of our divisions work together, sharing resources, knowledge and experience to deliver a standard of service which is second to none.

We provide a Small Works, including Repair and Planned or Reactive Maintenance service, equally supported by our business and delivered in exactly the same manner as our main contractor services.

This area of our business is as important as the bigger projects we undertake, and is treated the same.  We make use of the same systems and methods of working as our core business, by crystallising the relationship between our own resources in building, joinery, painting and decorating, electrical and plumbing with our approved list of sub-contractors and suppliers.

From an unexpected repair to a programmed alteration or a small general refurbishment, our team of contracts managers will respond in a timely, effective and efficient manner.

No matter how small your requirement, we will diligently follow company procedures by allocating a project number, appointing a Project Manager to look after your requirement from initial survey, if applicable, through to quotation and completion of the job.
